FOUND IT!

If I write you or you get an email from poste.it the French courier is: https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/particulier#/step-home

Please contact me if you are in France and have more than 7 miniatures and don't get the package by Thursday.

Has anyone in France received a parcel via courier?

If you did can you tel me the courier name?

Was it the France Post? 

Having issues with a few packages in France but can't find the corresponding carrier.

In the US is USPS and other countries is the postal system.

We did it!

By tomorrow all package will be in the mail, only a few exception for 7 packages.

By next week all Europe should get their packages, and hopefully some in the US and other countries.

Canada and Australia will get an update as soon as the main packages clear customs and get shipped.

Was hard but 753 packages were made and over 14000 miniatures sorted.

Shipping Update

All packages are done apart from the UK, sorry had to leave someone at the end... but will be done by Mon/Tue 

All Canada and Australia orders are packed and will mail on Monday.

All USA orders are done and have been sent. Anyone with 7 or more models should get them next week or the following. 

All Spain and France orders are done, waiting courier to pick them up in minutes. All these orders should get to you next week, probably Wed or Thursday. 

Remaining countries have been packed and generating shipping documents as I type. Should depart on Monday.

In theory all backers should get an email when the order departs or is ready for delivery, is a new function and I am still not sure how it works. If you don't get one please don't panic :) 

All orders with less than 7 miniatures will take between 7 and 35 days to deliver, based on location and postal system. Once mailed I have no control on the time it takes to deliver. US varies between 7 and 28 days...

If I am not replying no worries I will do it asap.

All CA and AU packages are boxed and ready to ship.

Also 200 US packages have been done. Some of you that had the courier (7+ miniatures) should have got a mail with tracking. 

Tomorrow we will finish the US and start moving to other countries.

AU and CA first because they will be sorted by 2 generous backers.

And US is the one that may take longer to arrive so we chose it first.

Rest will be random.

Packing

Today we finished packing Canada, and half of Australia. I plan to send them by Thursday.Once in country (we will pay custom duties) the volunteer backers will mail them using internal mail system. I will post an update when this happens.

Overall first impression

The new company up to now, is exceeding my expectations, outstanding packaging with multiple boxes. No damage to any figure occurred. The packaging system they used is making it much easier to sort compared to the old supplier.Also the quality of the cast and resin seem superior, this is my opinion but will like your feedback when you have them. The resin is a very nice light gray and it shows details pretty well. Small details are very well defined, and the resin seems a bit softer, making the gaming side safer as it will not snap easily.Up to now, I have found only 5 miniature with packing mistakes, will have a report when done. Nothing major, already wrote the company to ask for a bit more care on next order.

Shipping continued:

I will post regular daily updates as I ship the models. Once I state your country has shipped (not CA and AU) and you have 7 or more minis if you don't get them in 10 days please let me know. I looked how to upload tracking but is quite time consuming, I prefer to save the time to ship the models as fast as I can. You Backers have been waiting already 2 extra months.
