Packages arrived and cleared customs, address were sent, and should start going in the mail this week.

There was a mix up with the address ouch... due to my mistake I skipped one pledge, this caused 19 packages to be sent to the wrong person. I will contact the backers involved and see if they are willing to send the models to the correct backer. I will have all of it sorted out this week. I am very sorry as I know you have been waiting already a long time.

Most of the packages have been delivered and coming.

Some are coming back for wrong address or because were not picked up.

I am currently in Graff (Germany) and my connection averages 1mb speed... I am replying to all emails in order a painful operation at this speed.

I will be home Sunday night and Monday will start shipping the models damaged or defective that I got an email for.

Feedbacks

Thank you for the feedback I am receiving and I am happy the majority is very happy with the product.

The new resin IMO is a lot better.

Issues? 

Please anyone having issues email me on Monday at [email protected] and I will handle all your requests.

I discovered Wed that on the 3rd I will be for 8 days in Graf for a training.... aaaarghhhh, the good news is that after the training I will be alone in a hotel room and will have time to collect any issue, reply and set replacements or fixes to be sent on Monday when I get back. 

STL files

Several are inquiring for the STL files, same as above email me on Monday and I will sort them out for you.

WE MADE IT AGAIN!

In the past 12 months, we ran 7 successful Kickstarters and manage to deliver all them. Between the KS and regular sales we managed to send over 2000 packages and about 45000 miniatures.

I still recall all the skepticism when I launched the first KS with people worried of a new company showing up and being afraid of another "bad" KS to deal with.Hope I now reassured all of you.....

A year has gone by

and is now time to start a new venture, yes HG2.0 is coming on the 26th of March with a new set of models.

In a few days we will reveal the new KS page.
